CCA's over . end up not having triage =.-

well , ICs are right , we are slow during changing parades (well maybe only the nursings) , we don't lead very well , and our drills sux . well accept the fact , there's not running away .

ok , lets talk about the slow changing parades . we depend to much on the squad 1s instead of them depending on us . so ... we have to change faster ! agree ?

then the leading thing , we didnt greet EVERY NCOs when we were running (well thats for today) . so ... we can standardize who run in front and who run behind . and people in front must remember to remind us to greet NCOs .

now to our drills . what should we do ? keep practising ? or maybe we could leave some time out every week and do drills as a squad ? if only the whole squad agrees . there's not point when only a few are going . well maybe we can vote ;D

hmm , what about our attitude towards doing drills ? ICs say we did not put in enough effort . this i am stuck . well its personal , what can i do . if you are willing to see us suffer , its your choice . Be as evil as you want and if we find out one day , we will produce minced meat out of you >;D . just joking .

so that's all ? oh and we are planning to have squad outing to somewhere on friday . please consider coming ;D
