i'm super overwhelmed by the sudden increase of posts(:

anyway, my suggestion is

1) TAKING TIME FOR CHANGING PARADES

- both nursings and ambulance can have the system of counting OUT LOUD so like, and everyone else be alert to listen, so if counting stops, someone else can continue. but we'll still go with the system of preferably having abigail and yu feng to take time.

- i agree with the point of teaching squad ones how to change uniform cos when they start to wear their full u, we're the ones who're supposed to help them not them helping us(: and by letting them help us for changing parades now, they can see how do we change, and learn from us(:

2) SQUAD DRILLS.

- it's hard to get everyone to meet on one day to do drills together cos everyone has diff stuff to do, so i guess what we can do is standardize stuff like slow march, we'll move about 3/4 foot

-AND AMBULANCE, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WALK SMALLER STEPS!

hahaha, although there's chor-lor people like me who like to walk big steps but when doing drills, there's space constrain and all(:

- any unfamiliar commands, ask around before cca, so that we minimize samulas..

- abigail in charge of counting number of samula and say 123 when needed

- junsheng give command to down

- i will shout 123 to ask for permission

- every one, to take note of who's around (duhh), we'll decide again for someone with loud voice to stand infront to ask to greet(:
