so now you get the whole story . do you still wanna stay at home , relax , do your homework and heck care about the squadmates that went for pd ? they stand in the sun for dunnoe-how-many hours (maybe not everytime) and they stand there waiting for things to do , but they have a pile of homework and endless projects waiting for them at home .

i argee that squadmates should help each other . is it that the people go for pds just to help the others have more time to slack ? it should be the other way round , go for pds (for goodness sake) and help those who have endless homework at home to finish them up . its better than you slacking and ppl choing hw lar .

just because you are lazy , dun want waste time . then you think people wanna waste time meh ? is it just me or do i see lesser and lesser people WILLING to go for pd after who-knows-how-long of begging . must it always be the same old people going for pd ? someday our parents are gonna ban us from going pd . lets see what happends then ...

in my eyes squad 3 was awesome!
they trained so super hard. ugh.
no idea how esss won though. they really that good meh?

personally, as our first attempt, i don't think we did that bad.

so now it's like left with 3 ambulances.

we left siying alone and went to npcc there to find more casualties.

ok , cca's over . drills' over . triage's over . but that doesnt mean there's no cca ! its just that we survived another cca .

our drills , did they improve ? think its the same as last week . except that for once we finished the whole foot drill format .

today's triage was not better than the last few . although its our first time being cos ics and first aider , but still think it could be better . 18 casualties to 13 first aiders , and 18 mins . its possible for us to complete the whole thing . maybe its because my brain is one piece of blank , that caused us to pump , which ended up that we didnt find all casualties in the given time limit . seriously , we made too many mistakes , the ncos had to pump us . and therefore time is wasted .

nvm . its all over . we should concentrate more on the upcoming zone comp , whether you are the competitor or spectator . jiayou for zone comp ! buaiixx ;D

i'm super overwhelmed by the sudden increase of posts(:

anyway, my suggestion is

1) TAKING TIME FOR CHANGING PARADES

- both nursings and ambulance can have the system of counting OUT LOUD so like, and everyone else be alert to listen, so if counting stops, someone else can continue. but we'll still go with the system of preferably having abigail and yu feng to take time.

- i agree with the point of teaching squad ones how to change uniform cos when they start to wear their full u, we're the ones who're supposed to help them not them helping us(: and by letting them help us for changing parades now, they can see how do we change, and learn from us(:

2) SQUAD DRILLS.

- it's hard to get everyone to meet on one day to do drills together cos everyone has diff stuff to do, so i guess what we can do is standardize stuff like slow march, we'll move about 3/4 foot

-AND AMBULANCE, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WALK SMALLER STEPS!

hahaha, although there's chor-lor people like me who like to walk big steps but when doing drills, there's space constrain and all(:

- any unfamiliar commands, ask around before cca, so that we minimize samulas..

- abigail in charge of counting number of samula and say 123 when needed

- junsheng give command to down

- i will shout 123 to ask for permission

3) GREETING-.-

- every one, to take note of who's around (duhh), we'll decide again for someone with loud voice to stand infront to ask to greet(:

CCA's over . end up not having triage =.-

well , ICs are right , we are slow during changing parades (well maybe only the nursings) , we don't lead very well , and our drills sux . well accept the fact , there's not running away .

ok , lets talk about the slow changing parades . we depend to much on the squad 1s instead of them depending on us . so ... we have to change faster ! agree ?

then the leading thing , we didnt greet EVERY NCOs when we were running (well thats for today) . so ... we can standardize who run in front and who run behind . and people in front must remember to remind us to greet NCOs .

now to our drills . what should we do ? keep practising ? or maybe we could leave some time out every week and do drills as a squad ? if only the whole squad agrees . there's not point when only a few are going . well maybe we can vote ;D

hmm , what about our attitude towards doing drills ? ICs say we did not put in enough effort . this i am stuck . well its personal , what can i do . if you are willing to see us suffer , its your choice . Be as evil as you want and if we find out one day , we will produce minced meat out of you >;D . just joking .

came to post cuz the blog's gonna die if sherry is the oni one doing CPR on it.

why do we do pt lyk every week or every fortnight? arghh, muscle ache already! but also cannot blame ncos .dun think they also wan us to hav muscle aches every now and then . but at least today's pt with sqd 1 was more fun then the other ones. gd job we endured through the pt even though the ambulance fall out at times.

there's hp opening today! which was kinda expected by us. the oni difference on the hp tees are the colour. cant really recognise the which grp is which colour.

sum it all, today was better then the last few weeks. at least we didnt do squad drills and we had games!

Our squad's falling. not here to push the blame but its juz falling apart.

too much misunderstanding between each of us.

(ambulance, if eu dun noe. dun try to find out. it doesnt matter whether eu noe or not, its juz to reduce the comments going around.)

long tym we didnt have a REAL squad outing. really really wished we had one. where everyone's happy that we are a squad. wonder how long tt'd be. nxt month? 3 mths ltr? 6 mths ltr? 1 yr ltr? or do we wanna wait till we graduate fer AHS and not even having 1 squad outing?

we keep saying our squad nids to bond. but actions speak louder than words, and why are we still the same frm where we strt? no matter how mani squad outings are organised, not matter how mani ppl go fer each outing, have eu noticed we nvr really did go as a squad? looking at other squads bond, i feel jealous. why are we still the same? arent we suppose to be at least a little bonded? why are we drifting away instead of being together?

i noe we dislyk ppl frm the squad every now and then, and we always misunderstood each other's words and action. its veri hard to tell them straight in the face that eu hate them. being too clear will juz create mre trouble.

its already a new yr. can we juz strt again? forget what had happened last yr. forget wad had happened juz recently. we are a squad. cant we juz forget wad juz happened and be friends again?

look, it doesnt benefit anyone by fighting, does it? so why dun we juz forgive each other's mistake and be friends again? im not saying eu have to be nice to everyone juz right after eu read finish this. maybe we nid to calm down and think about it. it really hurts to see ur own squad breaking up like this. please, can we stop fighting? it wont have any end to it. even if it has, it wont be a good end...

im sorry if i was very harsh on you all lately.
too many things came crashing down on me.
all the people that dissapointed me.
all the people that lied to me.
all these came crashing down on me within that 2 days.

but i realised that it becomes so hard for me to be angry at you all.
all i felt was dissapointment.

because i get most agitated over and over again
when people show irresponsible behaviour.
and i'm sure you all know what i'm talking about.

i get most agitated when i realise that i put in so much effort
but it seems like no one's appreciating it.
i know what will happen if we don't bond quickly.
i know what will happen if we have cliques in our squad and some people don't even say a word to another.

everytime she tells me how much her ambulance loves her nursings, i feel the need to bond all of us together. because we really have not much time left.
we're already squad twos. if you're not aware, we'll crash if we're not united when we're squad 3s.
and even more, we'll crash and die when we're NCOs.

so if you all don't feel the sense of belonging, work towards it.
we really really don't have much time left. you'll find that you enjoy it more when you've reached that point.

would you all rather look back when you're squad 5 and regret that we did'nt enjoy when we could? or would you rather look back and tell your juniors to learn from you squad cos all of us worked to be as one.

people. when you all say that can go you all better come. i've enough of people saying they can go and in the end don't turn up. if you all have agreed to show up, show up. what do you all treat our squad as? if you really say "I LOVE SQUAD TWO!" then problems like this should'nt happen. you actions just show whether you all really mean it.

i'm not being harsh and i dun want our squad blog to end up like class blogs where we lecture ppl on it. but its EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR. its sickening when we go WHOO so many people are going. and in the end? what happens?

take the visit to junsheng's house as an example. joelynn and wanyu talks on the phone and when joelynn counts the number of people going, she realises there's 10 out of 14 people going. and she and wanyu goes WHOOHOO on the phone. 2 days later, sms comes from (i shall not mention the name) :" sorry, i can't go last min. got tuition." and on the day it self, (someone else) says: "i think i dun wna go alr. dun feel like going. " and then we're left with 6 people. and when we go to junsheng's house, we must explain to him how come only left 6 people.
